The reason the price is so high is because Patrick could never produce another image with
such tiny details, and also because the subject is no longer motivated by his age. You
almost need a magnifying glass to see it all.
Painted for Patrick's book"Hallelujah Anyway" page 15 to illustrate the poem of the
same name. It also appears in "A Closer Look" (two states) page 91 and in
Pastures in the Sky page 53.
